Privacy Policy
What we collect and why. Your code is yours — we do not sell personal information or train shared models on your content.
This Privacy Policy explains how Zuyzo LLC ("Zuyzo," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the PLCcode application, the Fableloom models, the PLCRungs marketplace, and our websites (the "Services"). It applies to cloud-hosted use of the Services and to our marketing and account interactions.
Sovereign by design. Fully self-hosted and air-gapped deployments process your code and data entirely within your own infrastructure. In those deployments Zuyzo receives no Customer Content and no usage data unless you enable an optional connected feature.
01Information we collect
- Account data — name, business email, company, and login credentials (including via SSO/OIDC).
- Usage data — logs, IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, and feature usage, collected to operate and secure the Services.
- Customer Content — the code, files, prompts, and configurations you submit, processed to generate output and provide the Services.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send to support, sales, or legal.
02How we use information
We use personal information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate users and manage accounts; to process payments; to respond to requests; to send service and, where permitted, marketing communications; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
03Your code and content
YOUR CODE STAYS YOURS. WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WE DO NOT USE CUSTOMER CONTENT TO TRAIN SHARED OR FOUNDATION MODELS MADE AVAILABLE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.
Customer Content is processed only to provide the Services to you and is handled under our Data Processing Addendum where that applies.
04Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, your consent (for example, for certain marketing or cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
05How we share information
We share personal information with service providers (subprocessors) who process it on our behalf under contract — such as hosting, payment, email, and analytics providers, listed in the Data Processing Addendum; with authorities where required by law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy. We do not sell personal information.
06Cookies and analytics
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
07Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. On account closure we delete or return Customer Content as described in your agreement, except copies required by law.
08Security
We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, least-privilege administration, audit logging, and a documented incident-response process. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of breaches as required by law.
09International transfers
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@plccode.ai. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
11Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
