Copyright & DMCA Policy
Zuyzo LLC ("Zuyzo," "we") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the PLCRungs marketplace and PLCcode services to do the same. This policy describes how to report claimed copyright infringement and how we respond, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").
Before publishing this page: register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office at dmca.copyright.gov (the fee is $6) and fill in the agent details in Section 2. Safe harbor does not apply without a registered agent.
01Reporting infringement
If you believe content on PLCRungs or another PLCcode service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g., the listing URL);
- your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

03Our response
On receipt of a compliant notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, notify the user who posted it, and provide them a copy of the notice. Submitting a fraudulent notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
04Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or the Eastern District of Pennsylvania if outside the U.S.) and to accept service from the complaining party. Unless the complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
05Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, and may suspend or remove marketplace listings at our discretion pending investigation.
06A note on industrial code
Ladder logic, AOIs, and routines developed for an employer or client are often owned by that employer or client. Before listing content on PLCRungs, sellers must confirm they hold the rights to publish it — see the Marketplace Seller Terms. "It runs in a plant I programmed" is not the same as "I own it."
